Target Audience: Who will benefit from attending?
•    Experienced hair restoration surgeons
•    Physicians with an interest in hair restoration surgery who are new to the field
•    Surgical assistants, technicians, and other office personnel employed by ISHRS Physician Members and Pending Members

Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credit

The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery designates this live activity for a maximum of 36.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Weather
Early September in Chicago is still summer, so expect warm temperatures in the high 70s to low 80s Fahrenheit (about 24° to 28° Celsius). However, you will want to have a light jacket or sweater in case the evening gets cooler and also for the meeting rooms, due to the air conditioning.

Meeting Attire
The attire for the educational sessions is business. The attire for the gala dinner will be masquerade costume (think Old World/Venetian Masquerade) - masks and all. However, if you opt not to wear a masquerade costume, the attire is then formal or black tie optional.

Official Language
The official language of the meeting is English. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration fees, less a $100.00 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the ISHRS office received on or before August 14, 2015.  After August 14, 2015, there will be no refund of fees for cancellation or for lack of attendance without notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation request has been received by the ISHRS headquarters office. All refund requests must be in writing. “No shows” who have not pre-paid will be invoiced for the total registration fee.

Those who have registered and are unable to attend due to difficulties in obtaining a visa must notify the Society headquarters prior to the start of the meeting.  A full refund less a $100.00 administration fee will be applied in this situation.  No refunds will be issued for lack of notification prior to the start of the meeting.
