Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation requests must be sent to monarchmeetings@gmail.com by January 15, 2023 to receive a full refund. After January 15 -February 1, there will be a $50 cancellation fee charged. No refunds will be issued if cancelled after February 1, 2023. We will allow you to substitute another person in your place for no additional charge.
Note: Rates will be adjusted on at 5:00 PM on the dates listed, and website will be closed for registration on 2/17/22 at 5:00 PM to run badges and prepare for the conference.
