All hotels will charge an additional 15% state and local tax, plus a $2.00 per room/night lodging tax.  There is a standard cancellation policy of notifiying the hotel within 48-72 hours of your arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night's room and tax, so be sure to read your confirmation to know that information.  Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Hotel have a seven (7) day cancellation.
