Important Deadlines

Exhibitor Area

March 31:

Application with deposit must be received to be listed as an exhibitor in the preliminary Annual Meeting Program mailer (company name only listed).

May 5:

Notification of exhibit booth assignment by email.

Early May:

You will receive your Exhibitor Service Manual link via e-mail.

July 1:

Final payment on exhibit booths due. Exhibitor Information Form and Ancillary Function Request Form due.

July 10:

Products/service description due for inclusion in Onsite Program Guide. Exhibit application must be accepted by this date to be listed in the final, Onsite Program.

August 10:

Last day to substitute reps or cancel Gala Dinner tickets for refund.

August 17:

A mailing list of all registered attendees will be e-mailed to each exhibiting company (Excel format).

August 24:

Final day that exhibit applications may be accepted and the final day to apply for the room drop marketing opportunity.

Exhibit Dates and Hours

NOTE: Exhibit hours are preliminary and subject to change.

SET-UP:
	Wednesday/September 9, 2015	1:00pm - 7:00pm
SHOW HOURS:
	Thursday/September 10, 2015	8:00am - 7:30pm
	Friday/September 11, 2015	8:00am - 6:00pm
	Saturday/September 12, 2015	8:30am - 3:00pm
DISMANTLE:
	Saturday/September 12, 2015	3:00pm - 6:00pm

Exhibits must not be disturbed, dismantled or removed before 3:00pm on Saturday, September 12, 2015. All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit area by 6:00pm on Saturday, September 12, 2015.

Cancellation Policy

Written notification of an exhibitor's decision to cancel must be faxed or e-mailed to Jule Uddfolk, Meetings & Exhibits Manager, at the ISHRS Headquarters office (fax:1-630-262-1520 info@ishrs.org). It is the exhibitor's responsibility to assure the cancellation was received. If written notification of cancellation is received at the ISHRS Headquarters office, the following policies will apply:

Received by May 29, 2015 – Full refund less $100 administrative fee
Received May 30 - June 30, 2015 – 50% refund less $100 administrative fee
After June 30, 2015 – No refund
