Dear Colleagues

The Forum's 2012 Annual Meeting takes us back to the exciting and glamorous city of Las Vegas, Nevada after a hiatus of 13 years. In addition to the fun and excitement that Las Vegas always provides, this years' program will focus on the ever changing use of Project Delivery Systems on construction projects large and small. Whether your construction project practice is transactional or focuses on litigation, you will obtain a lot of useful information, presented by outstanding speakers who are leaders in their fields.

Our program entitled “Advanced Project Delivery—Improving the Odds of Success” takes an advanced look at Project Delivery Systems. Are they providing all of the benefits we expected? Does the selection of a Project Delivery System have a significant impact on the success of a project? Are certain Project Delivery Systems better for certain types of projects? Where are we headed with Project Delivery Systems in the future? Do these systems deliver projects on time, on budget and with fewer disputes? Plenary sessions and many workshops will focus on the particular nuances of specific Project Delivery Systems, the roles and responsibilities of the parties, and other matters. This promises to be a very exciting program.

In addition to the program, we have Las Vegas. It is a unique venue which offers so much to see and do for everyone. The program schedule will allow time for attendees, families and guests to experience all that is Las Vegas. Whether you elect to take in a show, gamble, play golf or simply people watch, Las Vegas and the exciting Bellagio Hotel, where we will be located, offers opportunities galore to do so. We have also built in time for Division activities, a women attendees networking breakfast, a diversity reception, the annual Young Lawyers service project and a golf tournament.

Join us in this very unique location for a wonderful program, where you can interact with your colleagues, obtain advanced construction CLE and enjoy all that our venue provides.

Welcome to Las Vegas and the Forum's 2012 Annual Meeting!
