Full Conference = all sessions, including preconference and Expo reception & luncheon

Main Conference = Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions and Expo reception & luncheon

Saturday fee includes all sessions and Expo luncheon.

Note:  Early registration must be received by 1/31/11 to qualify for the discounted fee.

Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation requests must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2011 in order to receive a full refund. After January 31, there will be a $50 cancellation fee charged.  No refunds will be issued if cancelled after February 15th.  We will allow you to substitute another person (who is not already registered) in your place for no additional charge.  There will be an additional $10.00 added to the fee for individuals who register on site.
