HR-XML Consortium negotiated a special attendee rate of $154.00 per night at the Club Quarters hotel. The Club Quarters, Central Loop location, is at the corner of Adams Street and Clark Street.  The hotel is only 3 blocks away from the Technical Meeting facilities located at Adams Street and S. Wacker Dr.
