REFUND POLICY:  Regrettably, no refunds will be given for the HR-XML 2009 luncheon. 

SUBSTITUTIONS:  Registrations may be transferred from one person to another person on or before September 11.   Contact us for information on transferring a registration.  Regrettably, no substitutions will be awarded after September 11.
