RESERVATIONS
Reservations by phone: Please call 1- 866-311-1200 toll free or 504-566-9990 and reference CARF Patient Doctor Conference (CAR) to get our special rate of $109 USD per night for a standard room, $159 USD for a suite. This rate will be available during the conference Friday/June 3, 2016 to Sunday/June 5, 2016, and can be extended three days before and after the conference. The special room rate will be available until May 12, 2016, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

Reservations online: Reservations may be made online here. Reference the group code “CAR” in the “Group Code” field to receive the discounted rate.    

Deadline: Reservations must be made no later than May 12, 2016. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The rate for reservations made after the deadline will be subject to availability.

Payment: A credit card will be required to guarantee your reservation. The card will only be used to charge a no-show fee, if applicable.

Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING
The hotel is 16 miles from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (approximately 30 minutes driving – depends on traffic) and can be reached by taxi or shuttle service.

Taxi: Approximately $33 each way for 1-2 people to/from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.

Shuttle:  The Hampton Inn & Suites Convention Center Official Airport Shuttle runs $38 round-trip per person to and from Louis Armstrong International Airport. Hotel Parking: Overnight parking is available at the rate of $34/night. The hotel does not allow self-parking for overnight guests. A daily parking rate of $15 per day is available for those not staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites. This does not include in and out privileges. All parking is subject to a 12% sales tax.
