Hotel reservations and travel arrangements are the responsibility of each attendee and should be made as soon as possible.  Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability and at the hotel's discretion at the discounted group rate.

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel's dedicated toll free reservation line at (877) 303-0104. Ask for the HRET HEN rate when making your reservation. You may also make your reservations online by visiting JW Marriott Indianapolis reservations.

You are strongly encouraged to make your reservation as soon as possible, before the cut-off date of October 19, 2012, because rooms fill up quickly. Be sure to mention that you are attending the HEN Conference. We know for many attendees, finding the lowest possible hotel rate is important and we are aware that often people choose to stay at a budget hotel. AHA/HRET continues to make every effort to keep costs at a minimum for those attending our conferences. We’ve committed to the host hotel that a specified number of hotel rooms will be occupied by our attendees. In exchange for the hotel room commitment, the hotel provides us with a much lower room rate (than offered to the general public) and complimentary meeting space. Room rates for future conferences are driven by attendees booking within the conference block. It is your choice as to where you stay but please keep in mind we must do all that we can to ensure that there are no financial implications to the Association.
