How do I obtain a special code?

Physician Pending-Members and Adjunct Pending-Members: A special code was emailed to you. Please enter that code into the field above, click 'Submit', and then select the appropriate registration type from those displayed. Contact the ISHRS HQ if you have not received your code.

Physician Non-Members: Please email the appropriate registration verification to the ISHRS HQ at info@ishrs.org and a special code will be emailed to you within 48-hours. This code will allow you to register for the meeting. If the aforementioned step has been completed and you have not received your special code within 48-hours, please call the ISHRS Headquarters.
