One of the speakers highlighting this year’s program will be Liam T. O’Connell, chair of the Nutter McLennan and Fish’s Labor, Employment and Benefits Practice Group and manager of the Litigation Department. He represents clients in the litigation of labor and employment disputes in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in mediation and arbitration proceedings. His session will focus on the impact technology and technological changes and developments have on the workplace.
