Air Transportation
American Airlines is the official carrier for the 2010 Joint Marketing and Underwriting Seminar. A five-percent discount is offered for tickets purchased at any time. To obtain the discount, call the American Airlines meeting desk at 1-800-433-1790 and refer to Authorization Number A2740AD or call your travel agent and reference the authorization number.
Ground Transportation
The Orlando International Airport is located approximately 22 miles away from the Walt Disney World Swan Resort. Various transportation options are available from the airport to the hotel.
- Avis car rental will offer attendees the best possible rates available. The Avis Worldwide Discount Number (AWD) is B994299. Please use the AWD number when calling Avis directly at 1-800-331-1600 or please advise your travel agent of the AWD number. The discount is effective seven days before and seven days after the event.
- Mears Transportation provides taxi, towncar and limosine service to and from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Pickup can be arranged through the Resort’s Web site. For answers to frequently asked questions about transportation to and from the Resort, visit the Transportation FQA web page.
Suggested Attire
The dress code for the Joint Marketing and Underwriting Seminar sessions and the Sunday eventing reception is business casual. Casual attire is allowed on Monday evening and the last day.
