Come join the largest gathering of property casualty insurance professionals in North America during the 2010 PCI Annual Meeting, October 24-27 in Colorado Springs, Colo.
This year’s meeting examines Politics and Private Markets: The Uncertain Path to Prosperity and features a strong lineup of respected thought leaders. These speakers will examine the path to prosperity through the lenses of business, politics and economics.
Keynote Address
Liaquat Ahamed, the 2010 Pulitzer Prize winner and acclaimed author of Lords of Finance: The Bankers Who Broke the World, is the program's keynote speaker. Ahamed has been a professional investment manager for 25 years, and has worked at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. and the New York-based partnership of Fischer Francis Trees and Watts, where he served as chief executive. He is currently an adviser to hedge fund groups.
The program also features Jonathan Alter, Newsweek senior eiditor and NBC News correspondent; Charlie Cook, founder of The Cook Political Report; Martin Feldstein, former chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers; General Michael Hayden, former director of the CIA; and Michael Maslansky, CEO of Maslansky, Luntz and Partners.
