 Registration is now open for the 2009 PCI Joint Marketing and Underwriting Seminar, taking place April 5-7 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Austin, Texas.  Jason Young, president of LeadSmart, Inc., is one of several prominent speakers featured on the 2009 program. During his presentation “Creating a Culture of Customer Service,” Young will share his vision of developing a successful corporate culture and workplace environment. While working for Southwest Airlines, Young was a key driver in creating and developing the company’s innovative training programs for its successful leadership and customer service culture that have become renowned in the business world today.
