Air Transportation
American Airlines is the official carrier for the 2009 Joint Marketing and Underwriting Seminar. A five-percent discount is offered for tickets purchased at any time. To obtain the discount, call the American Airlines meeting desk at 1-800-433-1790 and refer to Authorization Number A2219SS or call your travel agent and reference the authorization number.
Ground Transportation
The Four Seasons Hotel is located approximately 20 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Various transportation options are available from the airport to the hotel.
- Avis car rental will offer attendees the best possible rates available. The Avis Worldwide Discount Number (AWD) is B994299. Please use the AWD number when calling Avis directly at 1-800-331-1600 or please advise your travel agent of the AWD number. The discount is effective seven days before and seven days after the event.
- Taxi service is also available outside from the baggage claim area. The cost is approximately $30 per person, one way.
- SuperShuttle provides door-to-door transportation from the airport to the Four Seasons Hotel. The fare is approximately $12 per person and includes a $.50 fuel surcharge. To make your reservations visit their Web site or call 1-800-258-3826.
Suggested Attire
The dress code for the Joint Marketing and Underwriting Seminar sessions and social events is business casual. Casual attire is allowed on the last day.
