Seminar Highlights

More than 140 property casualty insurance industry marketers and underwriters gathered in Austin, Texas for the 2009 Joint Marketing and Underwriting Seminar, held April 5-7. The program featured several informative industry speaker presentations, and numerous breakout sessions addressing such topics as effective marketing, insurance distribution, going green, blogging and underwriting.
One of the key highlights of the seminar was a presentation by Jason Young, president of LeadSmart, Inc. During his presentation “Creating a Culture of Customer Service," Young shared his vision of developing a successful corporate culture and workplace environment.
