Airport Information
All major international and domestic airlines serve San Diego International Airport, which is about 35 minutes from the Four Seasons Resort Aviara. The McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad is located only three miles from The Four Seasons Resort Aviara. This airport is served by United Express and SkyWest Airlines, which provides daily commuter service from Los Angeles. This airport also services corporate and private jets.
Air Transportation
American Airlines is the official carrier for the 2009 Executive Roundtable Seminar. A five-percent discount is offered for tickets purchased at any time. To obtain the discount, call the American Airlines meeting desk at 1-800-433-1790 and refer to Authorization Number A2219SS or call your travel agent and reference the authorization number.
Ground Transportation
Various transportation options are available from the San Diego International Airport to the resort. The resort can arrange door-to-door shuttle service and limousines to and from airport.
- Avis car rental will offer attendees the best possible rates available. The Avis Worldwide Discount Number (AWD) is B994299. Please use the AWD number when calling Avis directly at 1-888-331-1600 or please advise your travel agent of the AWD number. The discount is effective seven days before and seven days after the event.
- Taxi service is also available outside of all terminals. The cost is approximately $85, one way.

The dress code for Executive Roundtable Sessions and social events is business casual.
