Located in the cultural heart of Austin, the hotel is next door to the Texas State Capital, just steps from the University of Texas and close to the Sixth Street/Warehouse District.
Reservations
To ensure proper hotel accommodations please complete the hotel reservation request during the online registration process before Aug. 1. If you prefer, you can download and complete a printer-friendly PDF version of the registration and hotel form and fax it back to 312-655-1152. You may still register for the seminar after the Aug. 1 date; however, hotel reservations are subject to availability and are not available at the special group rate.
First night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the first night's room and tax. Reservations must be secured with a credit card. Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is Noon.
