Air Transportation
American Airlines is the official carrier for the 2008 PCI Annual Meeting. A five percent discount is offered for tickets purchased at any time with a minimum two-night stay and a maximum 30-day stay. To obtain the discount call the American Airlines meeting desk at 1-800-433-1790 and refer to Authorization Number A1218SS or call your travel agent and reference the authorization number.
Ground Transportation
The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is located approximately 21 miles away from the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort and Resort Suites of Scottsdale. Various transportation options are available from the airport to the hotels.
- Avis car rental will offer to the attendees of the Annual Meeting the best possible car rental rates available. The Avis Worldwide Discount Number (AWD) is B136001. Please use this AWD number when calling Avis directly at 1-800-228-4341 or advise your travel agent of the AWD number when making your reservations.
- AAA Sedans (formerly "Your Ride") provides airport shuttle service to/from the resort. The cost is $50 each way (up to four people) and they will meet you curbside by the blue diamonds outside of all terminals at the airport or they can meet and greet you at baggage claim for an additional $20 each way. Prices subject to change without notice. To obtain the special PCI rate, call 602-454-7433 or 866-467-7433 and mention the PCI Annual Meeting.
- Taxi service is also available outside of all terminals. The cost is approximately $50 per person, one way.
Suggested Attire
The dress code for the Annual Meeting sessions is business attire. Coat and tie are suggested for the Sunday opening reception and Tuesday banquet. Some local restaurants require coat and tie.
