Cancellation Fee of 20% of your registration fees will still be charged if you cancel your registration after October 15th. No refunds after November 1st.

You have 3 ways to pay for your registration - Just select the option you prefer when prompted during the registration:
1. Credit Card in US Dollars
2. Individual Invoice in South African Rands (ZAR)
3. Group Invoice in South African Rands (ZAR) - a list of participants can be emailed to us for registration.
For Invoices in ZAR
Please send an email to pacwafc@pacw.org with the following information:
- participant's name, phone, email
- participant's organization, company, university, etc.
- company's invoice address and VAT number
- where to send the invoice( preferably by email)
Unless requested differently, we will send the invoices to you by email for processing.
The ZAR invoices will be generated by Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) and include the VAT.
