Q: What technological skills will I need to run a Webinar?
A: You must know how to use Windows Explorer, and download auto installing software. Also, a computer with a sound card and a headset with microphone are required. High speed internet access is preferred but not a prerequisite.

Q: What operating system do I use for webinars?
A: Windows, the system will add Mac interfaces next spring. The system does not support Windows Vista.

Q: Does my access to the Internet (whether it be dial-up, broadband, or T-1 line) affect my access to the system?
A: The faster, the better. Broadband is best, T-1 better.
