Vendor Spaces and Pricing

The attachment below shows a list vendor spaces with pricing for our exhibit halls. The pricing is listed accordingly and dimensions for the floor spaces.  These documents are for pricing and sizes of spaces.  In order to see the available spaces, you will need to go through the registration process or check the layout which is updated frequently with reserved spaces.

Important Note:  The system is set up to process the full fee for the exhibit spaces.  If your company prefers to only pay the initial $250 deposit, choose PAY BY INVOICE on the payment page and Peggy Tucker will contact you for the your credit card information to process the payment.  Or you can contact her, 804/378-0005.  It is important to choose PAY BY INVOICE so that your selected space is held.

Non-Profit/Government Agencies - Organizations that desire to exhibit under the qualification of a non-profit or government agency must be approved by the VFCA as meeting this qualification before registering. You will need print and complete this document (click to open) submission to VFCA. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and a code to use to register. The cost for Non-Profit/Government Agencies is $250/booth and will be limited to only two (2) vendor reps/booth. Any additional reps must register as a conference attendee.
