Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation requests must be sent to monarchmeetings@gmail.com no later than January 15, 2018 in order to receive a full refund. After January 16 thru February 5, there will be a $50 cancellation fee charged. No refunds will be issued if cancelled after February 6, 2018. We will allow you to substitute another person (who is not already registered) in your place for no additional charge.
