Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation requests must be sent to monarchmeetings@gmail.com no later than January 31, 2017 in order to receive a full refund. After January 31, there will be a $50 cancellation fee charged.  No refunds will be issued if cancelled after February 10, 2017.  We will allow you to substitute another person (who is not already registered) in your place for no additional charge.
