Exposition Pricing
VFCA 2015 EXPO PRICES

Booths – 10 x 10 piped/draped booth includes one 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, trashcan, ID sign and 2 complimentary representatives per booth. No carpet is included but booth will front isle carpet on at least one side.

Pricing: Before January 19th:  1st 10 x 10 booth = $800; 2nd 10 x 10 booth = $750; Each Additional 10 x 10 booth = $725.00. 
Prices will increase $100/booth and $.10/floor space after January 20.  If received after February 1, 2015, prices increase by $200 and $.20 accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:  Written cancellation requests must be made before January 19, 2015 and are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.  No cancellation or refund after 1/19/15.   Please direct written cancellation to monarchmeetings@gmail.com.

Partners’ Row Display Table - $150/ booth
For related associations, non-profit and/or government agencies only

Open Floor Space – All apparatus and other displays shown in an open setting will be charged based on the amount of space rented. The optional sizes are listed on the registration page.  Signage nor carpeting will not be provided for the open floor areas. The space will front an isle carpet on at least one side.
