Conference Program Ads

Our conference program will be distributed to everyone attending the Virginia Hazmat Conference. Your ad will help to give your company added recognition and support to your participation.

If you select this option, we will need camera-ready artwork by August 3rd. If you do not have a marketing department, we would be happy to have our graphics designer create an ad for you an additional charge.

Program sizes and prices are as follows:

• Full page - $600.00
• Half page - $350.00

Another Great Option – Conference Bag Insert - $450.00

We will insert a one-page flyer from your company in our conference materials.
500 copies of flyer or brochure to be provided by sponsor and must be delivered to or mailed to the Norfolk Marriott Hotel by Friday, September 7, 2018.
