Please, consider this letter as your invitation to the 34th annual Virginia Hazardous Materials Conference and Expo.  Our event has ALWAYS been both successful and educational, due to the partnership of vendors and sponsors, such as you. Thank you for your continued support!

Our Expo is scheduled for September 12-15, 2017, and it will be bigger and better than ever!  Again this year, our conference will be held at the VA Beach Convention Center. The Virginia Association of Hazardous Materials Response Specialists is proud to invite your organization to be a part of this exciting event!

As you know, the VA Beach Convention Center has a large exhibit hall that will accommodate equipment demonstrations, tents, large displays, mobile apparatus, command units, and trailers.  On opening night, there will be an exhibitor reception for all attendees and a networking luncheon in the exhibit hall on Thursday.  Breaks will be scheduled to keep “your” exhibition hall at the center of conference activities. Every effort will be made to maximize exhibitor exposure and contact with all attendees.
