ICANN Meetings are free and open to anyone who wishes to participate. Online registration is recommended, but not required. Pre-registered participants are given the option to have their name appear on the public registration list and make changes to their registration data.
The Benefits of Registering Before You Arrive at the Meeting
- Knowing the number of attendees will help us plan the venue.
- Having the names of attendees will allow us to prepare pre-printed entrance badges and save you time waiting in line.
- Having the names of most attendees will help with scribes notes and other record keeping.
- Having an email address and country will allow us to notify you if there are significant issues in visa requirements and so on.
On-line registration will close on Friday, 19 February 2010. Any registration after that date must be processed on site.
