Welcome to the registration site for the Hospital Engagement Network (HEN) Week being held in Indianapolis, Indiana on November 12-16, 2012. 

Engaging Senior Leadership to Leadership for Quality: The Role of Leadership in Achieving 40/20 by 2013 (November 12, 2012)
Hospital Senior Leaders play a critical role in driving patient safety and quality improvement initiatives in their facilities.  The HRET HEN invites senior leaders (i.e. CEOs/CNOs/CMOs) from all hospitals participating in our HEN to join us for a day of activities designed to highlight this important role and the successes and challenges the HEN hospitals face as they work to achieve a 40 percent reduction in inpatient harm and 20 percent reduction in preventable readmissions by 2013.  Our session leader for the day will be Rich Umbdenstock, President & CEO of the American Hospital Association.

Wave 3 Improvement Leader Fellowship Program (November 12-13, 2012)
The Fellowship Program consists of face-to-face meetings and webinars that will instruct hospital leaders in the science of improvement, measurement and culture/teamwork. The end result will be a team of front-line hospital improvement leaders armed with best practices to engage their teams, overcome challenges and spread sustainable improvement strategies.

Wave 3 National Improvement Collaborative (November 14-16, 2012)
The National Improvement Collaborative will provide best practices and resources for the 10 HEN clinical topics. The topic areas are divided among four collaboratives over three days, each with topic specific tracks.  Please see AGENDA for detailed track descriptions.
