This rate will be available during the conference Friday/April 4, 2014 to Sunday/April 6, 2014, and can be extended three days before and after the conference. Deadline: Reservations must be made no later than March 11, 2014. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The rate for reservations made after the deadline will be subject to availability.

Payment: A credit card will be required to guarantee your reservation. The card will only be used to charge a no-show fee, if applicable.

Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING

The hotel is 17 miles from Chicago’s O’Hare Airport (approximately 40 minutes driving – depends on traffic), 12 miles from Chicago’s Midway Airport (approximately 20 minutes driving – depends on traffic) and can be reached by taxi, shuttle service and public transportation.

Taxi: Approximately $50 from Chicago’s O’Hare Airport and $40 from Chicago’s Midway Airport

Shuttle: Super Shuttle (www.supershuttle.com) runs approximately $20 from Midway Airport and $30 from O’Hare Airport.

The “El” (Chicago’s subway- CTA): less than $3 each way but stairs and walking and/or transferring to a bus is involved. The Blue Line is accessible from O’Hare Airport.
